MA Student, Writing Center Consultant

Rachel (she/her) is a first-year MA student at the University of Georgia. Her research focuses on Old English Literature and Medieval Manuscripts. Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from UGA in May 2024 with a BA in English and an emphasis in Medieval Literature. In the last year, she studied approximately 50 calendars in Parisian Books of Hours, centering specifically on UGA's Hargrett Hours (UGA, Hargrett Library MS 836) with the help of fellow scholars. Rachel plans to continue her studies in manuscripts and expand her knowledge in the Old English Language.
